CEO, BRIX Holdings
Sherif serves as Chief Executive Officer of BRIX Holdings. He focuses on supporting the group in the areas of strategic positioning, growth, and M&A, while leading the shared services and brand teams of the current portfolio companies of BRIX Holdings, LLC. Prior to this role, Mityas has held various executive positions in consulting and the retail-restaurant industry sectors most notably as the chief experience officer for TGI FRIDAYS and as the chief executive officer for Hollywood Video/Movie Gallery.

Amol Kohli serves as Chairman of BRIX Holdings and Managing Partner of Legacy Brands International; a private investment group focused on acquiring and growing scalable franchise concepts. With over 15 years of experience as a multi-unit operator of Friendlyโs and Tilted Kilt, Amol brings a unique perspectiveโfrom franchisee to franchisor. His approach combines financial discipline, operational excellence, and a deep respect for the guest and team experience. Amol has a proven track record of turning around underperforming locations, mentoring future leaders, and creating long-term value for both investors and franchise partners. He is committed to building strong brand foundations that drive sustainable growth across the BRIX portfolio.

Mitzi is the Chief Legal Officer of BRIX Holdings, LLC. BRIX Holdings is a multi-brand franchising and restaurant management company whose portfolio includes iconic brands such as Friendlyโs, Red Mango Cafรฉ, Orange Leaf, Smoothie Factory + Kitchen, Humble Donut Co., Greenz, and Pizza JukeBox. Mitzi is a member of JAMCO Interests LLC, the majority owner of Amici Partners Group, LLC which owns and operates Friendlyโsยฎ. Prior to joining BRIX, she was Associate Corporate Counsel and later Vice President of Legal & Digital Content at Blockbuster.

Roberto is the Chief Experience Officer of BRIX Holdings, LLC. BRIX Holdings is a multi-brand franchising and restaurant management company whose portfolio includes iconic brands such as Friendlyโs, Red Mango Cafรฉ, Orange Leaf, Smoothie Factory + Kitchen,ย Humble Donut Co., Greenz, and Pizza JukeBox. Prior to joining BRIX Holdings, Roberto served in various roles for P.F. Changโs over 18 years, most recently as the chief operating officer of global development. While there, he led the concept adaptation, development and opening of restaurants across 30 countries. Additionally, throughout his career, he has held positions in hospitality, training, food and beverage, culinary, operations, and international franchise development. He brings with him extensive knowledge of delivering on the guest experience and brand promise for fine dining restaurants, QSRs and luxury hotels.

As Vice President of Franchise Success, Kimberly leads the operations and training teams in support of the franchise owners and operators. She has over 30 years of experience in the restaurant segment both in-restaurant (as a hostess, server, catering coordinator, and assistant manager) and in home office roles. Prior to joining Brix, she spent 19 years with TGI Fridayโs in various roles including HR, International Development, Supply Chain Logistics, and Menu Innovation. Then moved on to roles with Club Corp on the Menu Implementation Team and Dickeyโs BBQ in Menu Project Management and eventually leading the Training & NSO Team.

Maria Angles is the Vice President of Supply Chain of BRIX Holdings, LLC. Maria has built a strong foundation in supply chain and procurement through leadership roles at major foodservice and retail brands spanning over 25 years. From overseeing Food and Beverage at Cinemark Theatres to managing purchasing for CiCiโs Pizza and later Gigiโs Cupcakes, she developed expertise in cost management, vendor negotiations, and logistics. As VP of Supply Chain at MOOYAH Burgers, Fries & Shakes, she spearheaded strategic sourcing initiatives and operational efficiencies, navigating pandemic-era disruptions. These experiences paved the way for her current VP Supply Chain role at Brix Holdings, where she leads a team of brand directors supporting the diverse portfolio of six brands.
